~ Policy and Procedures ~

  1. Completing the Tour Proposal form provides your group with an e-proposal.
  2. Tour confirmations after receipt of an e-proposal require a minimum deposit of one-half the cost of the tour with the balance being paid in full sixty-days prior to date of tour.
  3. Reservations canceled up to sixty-days prior to the date of your tour receive full refund, less a 25% cancellation fee.
  4. We regret that cancellations received within sixty-days of your tour date are non-refundable.
  5. Customized Spirit of Niagara Tours are paid in full at the time of confirmation and are non-refundable. The guest/traveler; however, may designate another to take their place on the tour.
  6. The Spirit of Niagara Tours cannot be responsible for any unforeseen cancellation or emergency circumstances of it's vendors. We will make every effort to reschedule your tour and in the event we are unable to do so, the Reservation cancellation policy found in "C" above shall be followed.
